Our core CAD software technology is SolidWorks.
From initial CAD layouts and computer generated visuals, to fully detailed CAD models, FEA and mouldflow; SolidWorks is central to our process. Our 3D digital model enables concurrent development with your engineering and marketing departments, prototyping team, toolmaker, materials suppliers and manufacturing assembly plant.
Approving the design in virtual reality saves time and cost to 'put-things-right' at the manufacturing stage. Using FEA and Mouldflow we can concurrently assess, modify and improve the detail of the design as we progress. Through analysis we can; add ribs to mouldings to increase strength, modify local wall thicknesses to improve polymer flow and add venting to improve thermal characteristics.
