Background: Pedalite is a non battery, bicycle pedal light utilising an energy storage capacitor and micro generator. Minimising the issues of battery disposal and subsequent environmental impact, Pedalite provides a free safety feature 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Designed and Developed by Product Partners, Pedalite won the prestigious Plastics Industry Award for Consumer Product Design.
Brief: Provide the Industrial Design and Development, working in partnership with selected specialists including; electronics, materials, gearbox & generator engineers, sales/marketing & the toolmaker/moulder/manufacturer.
