Background: Xaar is a market-leading manufacturer of innovative digital inkjet printing technology. Product Partners have worked with Xaar since 2004 assisting with the concept and detail design of their next generation printhead enclosures.
Brief: For the OmniDot 760 printhead Product Partners were tasked to develop a strong Xaar branded product with all the visual attributes of a technology leading company whilst maintaining a quality engineered and ruggedly built enclosure.
Result: Instantly recognisable, the OmniDot 760 printhead has dominating, crisp architectural lines complimenting the very accurate internal tolerance requirements. In addition, materials selection, textures and colours were particularly important to withstand the aggressive inks.
